I'm 18, I'm moving to Idaho, but Oregon will always be number one in my heart. I'm a camera-toting style obsessed music and movie maven, a lovechild of the 1960's and 70's and a constant lurker of the internet. Have a question about zombies or hair? I'll probably have an answer. Read on, leave comments, and never be afraid to make a little contact. XO, Dacoda.
Have you seen anything cuter? source
She made it in five minutes! I’m thinking of trying my hand at making one similar to it, but you can also contact her and commission for one.
And I haven’t been able to stop singing this to myself:
I know what you’re thinking, “Sims, Dacoda? Seriously? Of all the videos people have probably made for that song?”
Seriously?
YES
:D
And everything about Sofia Coppola’s Marie Antoinette is making me smile ear to ear. I love how bright and extravagant everything is, and how absolutely ridiculous life at Versailles was. It’s one of my all time favorite creatively inspiring movies. Perhaps I’ll have a post devoted to such inspiring movies? Probably :P
And to make you happy:
Cleaning shall now re-commence!
Love love love,
Dacoda.
I’m going to try doing one of these every month, and see how things evolve. It’s awfully fun, I’d suggest picking up the habit (:
And I definitely recommend carrying a notebook with you everywhere you go to jot down all the little things that strike you at any given time to aide in creativity later.
Oh, and my new heartthrob:
Landon Pigg <3
(a.k.a. the guy from Whip It)
Speaking of Whip It, who else is so inspired by Ellen Page’s character Bliss/Babe Ruthless’s style? I know I am. Lordy, over all fashionably inspired. Those girls were babes with good, unique taste. Drew Barrymore is a golden lady.
On a side note, how do you personally define the saying ‘cast pearls before swine’? I know my definition, and I know it’s not biblically correct, and I don’t really care. I’m just interested to know what your own views on it are (:
A final piece of advice, don’t be afraid to mark up your books. Your own books. Annotating is the key to grasping why the written word is so impacting.
Enjoy the rest of this leap-less February,
Dacoda.
